The Story Behind Wildness
Wildness began with a simple realisation.
We were constantly dreaming about new adventures - remote dive trips, mountain treks, wildlife encounters and expeditions to some of the world's wildest places.
But we quickly realised that finding people who shared the same excitement wasn't always easy.
Not everyone wants to spend their annual leave crossing the Drake Passage, diving with sharks or hiking through remote landscapes.
While some use their holiday to rest, we were drawn to bigger adventures: wildlife encounters, remote places, meaningful experiences and adventures that challenged us, widened our perspective and left us feeling more connected to the world around us.
And over time, we realised we weren't alone.
So many adventurous people were facing the same challenge.
They had the curiosity.
The excitement.
The desire to explore.
But not always the people to share it with.
That's why we created Wildness.
Not simply to organise expeditions, but to build a community where adventurous, curious and open-minded people could find each other, share experiences and create meaningful connections through a shared love of the wild.
Because the best adventures aren't just about the places you visit.
They're about what you learn, how you help protect those places, and the people you share them with.

Olivia Olsen
Olivia is an adventurer, diver, and expedition leader with a passion for bringing people together through shared experiences in the wild. Originally from northern Sweden and now based in Australia, she has spent years exploring remote corners of the world - from diving with sharks in the Maldives and Mexico to trekking high altitude mountains, experiencing incredible wildlife encounters, and seeking out places that spark a sense of wonder.
With a background in operations, logistics, marketing, and community-building, Olivia combines thoughtful planning with a belief that the best adventures leave plenty of room for spontaneity. She is a certified Divemaster, freediver, and yoga teacher who believes that some of life's most meaningful moments happen when we step outside our comfort zones and into the natural world.

Coti Manassero
Coti is an Antarctic scientist, lifeguard, diver, and explorer driven by a deep curiosity about our planet. Originally from Argentina, she has spent multiple seasons living and working in Antarctica, coordinating scientific research in one of the most remote and extreme environments on Earth.
With a background in scientific operations and remote fieldwork logistics, Coti thrives on turning complex challenges into seamless adventures, combining meticulous preparation with the flexibility and problem-solving that life in the field demands.
Whether she's working on a glacier, exploring beneath the ocean's surface, or sharing stories from the field, Coti brings a unique blend of scientific insight, adventurous spirit, and genuine warmth. She loves long-distance hiking, bikepacking across remote landscapes, and the kind of adventures that leave you muddy, windswept, exhausted, and completely inspired.
She is passionate about helping others experience the awe of wild places, embrace the unexpected, and develop a deeper connection with the natural world.
